BT-5 - Soviet Light Tank
BT (in abbreviated form - high-speed tank) - the name of a series of light tanks, wheel-tracked (1930), based on the prototype was sold to the USSR American inventor Christie. BT-5 was enhanced booking, and armament: 45mm gun with ammunition and 115 rounds gun DT; on some tanks was the second DT in the niche of the tower, some more anti-aircraft gun DT. Crew - 3 people. BT-5 was produced in versions with and without a walkie-talkie radios. Commander's tank had been with the radio and reduced ammo. Produced until 1934, only produced 1884 tanks of this type.
