Viking warriors wore homespun clothes of wool and linen, colored with vegetable or mineral dyes. On top of a linen shirt worn woolen tunic with long sleeves and skirts above the knee. The cuffs, collar and hem are often trimmed with bright patterned ribbons. Pants were a different breed: the narrow and tight, straight and wide, long and short, baggy and strapped at the knees. Pants were fixed around the waist ribbon, and below the knee often wound Cloth winding. Also, leg bandage oneself to criss-cross lace or leather strap. Shoes were made from rough skin and ankles tied to the laces. Long coat or short cape slaughtered on the right shoulder with a special pin buckle (fibula).
Color of the clothes were usually brown, reddish-brown, red, blue, green, white, black and gray. The most expensive fabrics were red, green and blue. Pants could have a color (eg, blue) vertical stripe. On tunics often sewn patches from "Enchanted" color silk fabric. Leather clothing complements belt, to which hung a purse and a knife.
Viking sword was considered an honorable and expensive weapons. The helmet had spheroconical form and a simple design consisting of riveted onto the frame of leather or iron segments. The shield is made of wood and covered with skin. Edge of the shield leather and reinforced with metal staples. In the center is a hemispherical iron umbon, and the surface is decorated with more or less sophisticated decor in Scandinavian style. Signal horn could be made even from elephant tusk, produced as a trophy, among other things stolen property.
