Daniel Konarzewski
(1871-1935)


Daniel Konarzewski, family coat of arms Pobóg (born August 21, 1871 in St. Petersburg, died April 3, 1935 in Warsaw.) - Polish military commander, Colonel of the Russian Empire and the Main Department of the Polish Army, took part in wars: the Russian-Japanese, I World War, the Polish-Ukrainian , Polish-Soviet and Wielkopolska uprising. Was awarded the Order of "Virtuti Militari".

January 19, 1919, he was appointed commander of the 1st Regiment of Wielkopolska Riflemen, and later the 55th Infantry Regiment of Poznan. Later consistently commanded the Wielkopolska army group, the 1st Brigade of the 1st Rifle Division Wielkopolska, Wielkopolska 1st Rifle Division (IX.1919-1920.IV.1921), General District "Bialystok" (April 20 1921).
